Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Royal Orchid Perfumes. We are committed to delivering your luxury fragrances safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery methods, and shipping regulations for orders placed within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and internationally.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and UAE public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including your tracking details.
  • Please note: During high-volume periods (e.g., Eid, Ramadan, or major sales events), processing times may be slightly delayed. We will communicate any significant delays directly.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within the UAE)

We partner with trusted local couriers to ensure the safe handling of our delicate glass bottles.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery charges AED 24.99 for orders under AED 199. 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders over AED 199
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to certain remote or non-service areas within the UAE may take an additional 1-2 business days and may incur an extra surcharge.
Note: All shipping charges are inclusive of 5% UAE VAT.

3. P.O. Boxes and Delivery Addresses

  • To ensure successful delivery, our couriers require a physical street address and a valid local mobile number.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the requirement for a signature upon receipt and the fragile nature of our products.

4. Order Tracking

Once your Royal Orchid Perfumes order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package via our courier partner’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

We take immense care in packaging our glass perfume bottles to prevent breakage. However, if your order is damaged in transit or lost:

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at *Insert Email+ within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
